We designed 26 Aroha apartments for you to live economically and sustainably.

In fact NZ Green Building Council has recently given us their maximum sustainability rating, and described us as “World leading” – READ HERE.

It’s wrapped in a warm blanket to keep it cosy all year round, has solar panels providing hot water and power and is designed to be super efficient. Good news for our planet and your bank account!

We’re set up to minimise waste with organic gardens where you can exercise your green fingers and mingle with the neighbours. If you’re inclined to ditch the car there is plenty of space for bikes, an electric car to share, and you’re a hop step and a jump to the local supermarket, shops, public transport and schools.

Love the shared rooftop for impromptu barbeques

As a family with two young children, living at 26 Aroha has been ideal for us. Having parks, playgrounds, library, playgroups and shops nearby had meant we can walk everywhere and has substantially minimised our car usage. We love the shared rooftop for impromptu barbecues with neighbours and get great use out of the sandpit and shared garden at the back. Instead of the usual handful of upgrades in most new apartment builds, 26 Aroha is packed with innovation, eco-conscious and sustainable ways for you to live.

To make our world-class cooperative, eco and tenant friendly apartments we’ve also teamed up with some of the best Kiwis in their field including one of NZ’s top architect firms, Jasmax who have embraced our vision from the start and shown us how to make it a reality. Planning consultants, Barker & Associates who helped us with consents to enable 26 Aroha become one of Auckland’s first housing projects under the recent new zoning rules. Highly acclaimed environmental engineers, eCubed who have incorporated leading sustainability features into our design. Cabinetry wizards, use-d who have lovingly crafted our beautiful kitchens and bathrooms. The team at Kingstons who have held our hand through the process and our very capable and trusted building partners, Vivian construction.
